To realise Yoga’s inherent benefit and attain a permanent state of Self-realisation (Moksha), having a fit and healthy body is only part of the battle. 
 
The first Yogis, living in the snowcapped Indian Himalayas, needed a way to survive those extreme conditions, both physically and mentally and found the practice of Yoga and an understanding of its philosophy the best method. 
Similarly, for a person’s practice of Yoga to be complete today, there is still a need to understand and abide by the precepts that underpin Yoga's practices and teachings. 
 
To remove the conditioning and misapprehensions of the mind and allow us to live life with greater ease, understanding and appreciation.
